Hi, I'm Alex R. Ramos, a retired first sergeant from the U.S. Army. My career in the military led me to serve in several impactful roles, including a prestigious stint at the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program, where I oversaw and managed more than 100 personnel within my organization.
My skills aren't confined to leadership. I was also a competitive boxer with a string of accolades. I was ranked among the nation's top eight in amateur boxing and qualified for the 2008 Olympic Trials. I have clinched the All-Army Boxing Championship title three times and was a one-time Air Force Boxing Champion (ask me about it). I have celebrated victory as the Armed Forces Boxing Champion on three occasions.
In addition to my military and sporting achievements, I value continuous learning. I've earned an undergraduate degree in organizational leadership, a master's degree in strategic communication, a graduate certificate in advanced and digital social media, and an advanced graduate certificate in performance psychology. I'm currently pursuing my doctorate in performance psychology. These degrees reinforce my belief in continuously challenging the status quo and pushing ourselves to our limits.
Most importantly, though, I'm a proud father of two beautiful girls. They are my heart and soul, and my family life keeps me grounded amidst all professional pursuits.
